Amanda Jo Williams' career as a fashion and photographer's model landed her in the pages and on the covers of such magazines as Anthem, Fader, Nylon, and Japanese Vogue, and in the runway shows of Helmut Lang.

Now residing in upstate New York with her husband/guitarist Matthew O'Neil and her twin daughters, Amanda Jo has focused her talents and attentions on her music career.

After several recordings with her former band, Army of Love, Amanda Jo is about to release her first solo effort Yes I Will, Mr. Man on Stereotype Records. Her unique and beautiful voice and off kilter, poetic lyrics blended with a hybrid country/rock sound set Amanda Jo's creative vision apart from just about anything you've heard from a female artist. Hers is an uncompromising, completely-original sound that will stick in the head of anyone bold enough to listen.
